Responsibilities:

Acquire new clients both by cold calling and customer visits
Develop long-term relationships with clients and dig out business opportunities
Carry out recruitment campaigns on behalf of clients
Manage the recruitment process; spotting, screening, interviewing, evaluating and introducing candidates
Providing candidates with career advice and guidance
Administrative duties
Meeting sales targets

Requirements:

Sales experience in any field
Ability to build good relationships with people (Clients and Candidates)
Go-getter and enthusiastic attitude
Ability to keep learning new things
Ability to share the thoughts with others
Ability to sympathize with people
High level of work ethics
Team Player
Groomed look
Proficiency in English

Remuneration:

Basic salary - negotiable (depends on your experience)
Quarterly Commission
Annual Wages Supplement (AWS) in December
